For to security purposes, and the fact that one user may be associated with multiple organizations, we do not allow the email address on a user account to be updated within Modern Treasury. If a user's email address needs to be changed for any reason you can follow the steps outlined in this guide to delete their existing account and create a new account with the updated email address.
When a user has a new, or updated, email address you will need to
To Delete a User Account
- Navigate to the Users page in Modern Treasury.
- Click the user that needs to be deleted.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Click the "Delete User" button.
To Create a User Account
- Navigate to the User Management page in Modern Treasury
- Click "Invite User" in the top right corner
- Fill out the required information and click "Send Invite"
